EH700
The seal for stationary applications. The EH700 is based on a unique stationary spring loaded unit that enables the seal to operate under high speed and high pressure. An additional advantage of the seal is the balanced design, which ensures good sealing performance in high-load conditions.
EK700
Unitized construction allows easy conversion Springs located on the atmospheric side, no clogging High precision rotating assembly reduces “swashing” of seal head
MD251
Equipped with flushing, quenching, and drainports as standard. PTFE backup ring as standard.
C Series
“No flushing/no quenching,” “ fully split ” cartridge cut seal This ultra-thin, outside-mounted type seal enables even inexperienced workers to assemble and disassemble. No special skills are required. This high-performance seal is characterized by minimal leaks from the start-up of operation after replacement. No special work is required. No flow relays, valves, or piping is required because the seal does not require flushing/quenching. Featuring an ultra-compact and simple structure, this seal is an optimum choice when reducing the installation space.
MA250/MA251
MA290/MA291
Cartridge Balanced Independent of direction of rotation Stationary multiple springs Springs and pin located on the atmospheric side
HA211
Single seal Unbalanced Independent of direction of rotation Positive torque transmission due to bayonet drive between seal head and drive collar O-Ring groove for ventilation prevents solids build-up and enhances flexibility
EA130/EH300
A lot of reference of use on sink rolls delivered to steel making industries. Designed to offer all the functions required of sink roll seals, this product has been made possible by Eagle Industry’s expertise in the characteristics of sink rolls. The seal takes full advantage of the rubber’s characteristics. The diaphragm made from rubber absorbs up to several millimeters of eccentricity and shaft elongation/displacement. The silicon carbide sliding material, employed ahead of our competitors, helps extend the service life of the mechanical seal and significantly reduces the need for maintenance. Various sliding materials can be selected for different purposes.
S Series
Industrial seals modified and redesigned from seals for track rollers Hard metal alloy is used as the sliding material, and the seal cover is integrated into the component parts. This design facilitates equipment machining, and eliminates the need to ensure equipment precision. This series offers seals of relatively large diameters, and is mainly used in large pumps for irrigation, pumps for marine civil engineering, and process pumps for coal liquefaction, etc. The demand for these industrial slurry-resistant seals has been growing.
F764
Eagle Industry’s original mechanical seal based on the simple-is-best concept This product helps minimize the installation space, and can be used in no flushing/no quenching structures. All functions of a mechanical seal can be performed well through two main parts, which is packing and seal rings. This seal is easy for handling and less susceptible to trouble due to its simple design. This mechanical seal is an optimum choice for handling high-density slurry, and is widely used in vertical pumps, muddy water pumps, and slurry pumps for sewage, etc.
Y8K
Superb corrosion resistance makes this seal applicable to any chemical liquids. This product ensures ideal corrosion resistance. PTFE is used for all the rotating parts that come into contact with liquids. Carbon and PTFE containing fillers are used for the sliding materials. Corrosion-resistant metallic materials are used for parts that do not come into direct contact with fluids. This product can handle any chemical liquids including reducing agents, strong acid/alkaline liquids, salts, and concentrated acids.
LB150
A best seal optimum for highly corrosive liquids LB150 is a rotating type outside seal for chemical liquids (e.g. highly corrosive acid and alkaline liquids) that represents Eagle Industry’s outside seal technologies. LB150 can be widely used on various chemical pumps, and ensures superb sealing performance and durability.

EA100
The EA100 is the specialist for low duty applications and one of our historic and bestselling seals in this sector. The seal is easy to handle and quick to install. An incorporated garter spring assures a good grip of the bellows on the shaft and enhances satisfactory sealing performance. With the ability of the bellows to stretch and tighten, the EA100 is insensitive to shaft movements. The seal design is available in 3 types, each with a different impeller connection: o EA102 is with a collar. EA103 is without a collar. EA104 provides a different coil spring installation. More information on EA103 and EA104 is available on request.
EA560
The EA560 is self-adjusting to shaft misalignments and deflections because of the loosely inserted seal face as well as the ability of the bellows to stretch and tighten. The length of the contact area of the bellows with the shaft is an optimum compromise between ease of assembly (less friction) and sufficient adhesive force for torque transmission. Additionally the seal fulfills very specific leakage requirements. Because the sliding parts are made in-house, a wide variety of special needs can be accommodated.
ED560
The ED560 is a dual seal in a back-to-back arrangement with an EA560 base. Therefore, the seal combines the advantages of the EA560 with the advantages of a dual seal.
