Valves for power plants
Large valves used for power plants and plant facilities, such as main steam isolation valves and other testable check valves(TCVs), and free-flow reserve current valves(FFRCVs). Our main steam isolation valves are used in virtually all boiling water reactor (BWR) nuclear power plants in Japan, demonstrating excellent functionally and performance.
ATHF®, Low Torque Mechanical Seal
Suitable for submerged/underwater applications such as tidal energy systems. Brings two contraries together: extremely low torque and superior sealing performance. Reduces torque by more than 90% compared to the conventional mechanical seal. Applicable for bi-directional rotation.
Seal Supply System
To maximize the performance of mechanical seals, it is essential to prevent excessive changes in temperature and pressure of seal fluids and to prevent contamination from slurry. Eagle Industry offers seal supply systems for mechanical seals to maintain seal fluids in appropriate condition and ensure stable sealing performance.
LEK777
Mechanical Seals for Pumps Pusher Seals Suitable for higher speeds Good followability due to no influence from run-out, squareness or vibration of the shaft Compact design Low heat generation and power consumption due to narrow seal face width Longer seal life Pressure-balanced design prevents mating ring being forced out under reverse pressure No damage to shaft sleeve as dynamic O-Ring is not in direct contact with the sleeve

Non-contact seals
A type of seal in which there is no contact between the sealing faces. A minute clearance between the sealing face of the rotating ring is maintained by controlling the pressure applied to the faces. Our non-contact seals for all Japanese-built reactor coolant pumps (RCPs) in pressurized water reactor (PWR) nuclear power plant.
Piston Type Accumulator
Piston Type Accumulators seal gas by a free piston. They are widely used in general industrial machineries, construction machineries, power plants, chemical plants and automobiles.
EH700
The seal for stationary applications. The EH700 is based on a unique stationary spring loaded unit that enables the seal to operate under high speed and high pressure. An additional advantage of the seal is the balanced design, which ensures good sealing performance in high-load conditions.
MD251
Equipped with flushing, quenching, and drainports as standard. PTFE backup ring as standard.
C Series
“No flushing/no quenching,” “ fully split ” cartridge cut seal This ultra-thin, outside-mounted type seal enables even inexperienced workers to assemble and disassemble. No special skills are required. This high-performance seal is characterized by minimal leaks from the start-up of operation after replacement. No special work is required. No flow relays, valves, or piping is required because the seal does not require flushing/quenching. Featuring an ultra-compact and simple structure, this seal is an optimum choice when reducing the installation space.
MA250/MA251
MA290/MA291
Cartridge Balanced Independent of direction of rotation Stationary multiple springs Springs and pin located on the atmospheric side
F764
Eagle Industry’s original mechanical seal based on the simple-is-best concept This product helps minimize the installation space, and can be used in no flushing/no quenching structures. All functions of a mechanical seal can be performed well through two main parts, which is packing and seal rings. This seal is easy for handling and less susceptible to trouble due to its simple design. This mechanical seal is an optimum choice for handling high-density slurry, and is widely used in vertical pumps, muddy water pumps, and slurry pumps for sewage, etc.
LA200
Fits to EN and ANSI seal chambers Optimized, narrow width seal face design Compact axial and radial dimensions
LB500
Fits to EN and ANSI seal chambers Optimized, narrow width seal face design
MA390/MA391
MD291
Equipped with flushing, quenching, and drainports as standard. The cooling system where the water is directly injected onto the seal faces provides the highest cooling efficiency.
MBS100
For extreme temperature ranges No dynamically loaded O-Ring Self cleaning effect
EA100
The EA100 is the specialist for low duty applications and one of our historic and bestselling seals in this sector. The seal is easy to handle and quick to install. An incorporated garter spring assures a good grip of the bellows on the shaft and enhances satisfactory sealing performance. With the ability of the bellows to stretch and tighten, the EA100 is insensitive to shaft movements. The seal design is available in 3 types, each with a different impeller connection: o EA102 is with a collar. EA103 is without a collar. EA104 provides a different coil spring installation. More information on EA103 and EA104 is available on request.

Diaphragm Coupling
Simple and high-performance coupling for higher speed/larger capacity This diaphragm coupling originally developed for helicopter drive shafts has been redesigned for general industrial purposes. The diaphragm part employs a special profile processing (characterized by high torsional rigidity, flexible against bending/compression) to achieve high torque transmission. This product has marked a maximum speed of 100,000 rpm and maximum torque of 2,700 kN-m in actual applications, and has gained good reputation in various fields as an ideal coupling (i.e. high speed/high load torque transmission, light weight, and no lubrication). Characterized by the capacity to flexibly absorb misalignments (low bearing load), this diaphragm coupling has been increasingly recognized to be essential for turbines and compressors of ever higher speed/larger capacity, as well as other rotating equipment for commercial power generator, steelmaking machines, equipment for vessels, and aircraft, etc.
Brush Seal
The brush seal consists of ultra thin wires and two plates. The seal follows the change of clearances between the stator and the rotor and misalignment flexibly to achieve excellent sealing capability, so is supposed to improve engine output and fuel efficiency significantly. Traditionally, the brush seal was used in aircraft gas turbines and contributed to reduce leakage of secondary air. Today, it is improved for large-size industrial gas turbines and installed to late-model gas turbines instead of a labyrinth seal.
