Disclosure Policy
Disclosure Criteria
We disclose information under laws and regulations, including the Companies Act and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and the Securities Listing Regulations and other regulations set up by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (“Timely Disclosure Rules”). We also disclose information that is not specified by the Timely Disclosure Rules to our stakeholders, especially shareholders and investors, to deepen their understanding of our businesses.
Methods of Disclosure
We disclose information specified in the Timely Disclosure Rules using TDnet (Timely Disclosure network) under the rules. When we disclose information not specified by the Timely Disclosure Rules and it is considered to affect investment decisions, we disclose it promptly using appropriate means in accordance with its significance and urgency.
Silent Period
To prevent leaks of accounting information and ensure fairness, we have set up a silent period, which covers the few weeks prior to the announcement of financial results when the financial statements are prepared. During the silent period, we refrain from making any comments or answering questions about our earnings. However, we answer questions about information that is already disclosed.
In the event results will differ materially from our results forecast during the silent period, we will disclose information to that effect.
