Electric Expansion Valve

Shock Absorber Solenoid Valve

Metal Diaphragm Damper
Capsule shaped metal pulsation damper designed to absorb the pulsation of a high pressure fuel pump mounted on a fuel-efficient gasoline direct injection (GDI) system. Reduces noise caused by fuel pulsation and prevents instantaneous pressure drops. Eagle Industry’s proprietary technique is used to weld thin sheets while filling with gas. (Patented manufacturing process)
Ejector
The purpose of the ejector is to be able to purge gasoline vapors into turbo charged air intake manifolds. When a turbo is running, there is an overpressure in the air intake manifold, so no gas can be purged from the tank into the manifold. The ejector creates an underpressure and thus allows to purge the gasoline vapors.
Fuel Tank Isolation Valve (FTIV)
Hybrid cars face the challenge that they can drive and the combustion engine does not run. Thus, the gasoline in the tank can evaporate and create a pressure increase in the tank. The pressure in the tank must be controlled for this purpose we deliver Fuel Tank Isolation Valves (FTIV).
Wastegate Actuator
Controls the opening and closing of the wastegate valve to prevent the boost pressure in a turbo charger from exceeding critical pressure. Applications include turbochargers used with a downsized engine intended for improved fuel efficiency
VG Turbocharger Actuator
Controls the opening/closing of the nozzle for variable geometry turbocharger. Controls the nozzle opening angle according to rotation level to improve high torque at low speed, fuel efficiency, and acceleration performance.
ECOCS
Seals for high-temperature to cryogenic environments, such as sections close to exhaust gas Provides high sealing performance with low tightening loads due to springiness not exhibited by metal O-rings. Suitable for mass production since metal seals are press-molded.
Check Valve
The check valve is used in charged engines. The check valve has to prevent this an over-pressure in the carbon canister and the tank that may be caused by an over-pressure coming from the manifold.
Canister Purge Valve
The canister purge valve controls the flow of the gasoline vapor into the engine.
