EEA provides pressure tanks, which are developed and manufactured by Pressure Systems Inc. (PSI), the world’s foremost titanium pressure vessel manufacturer for aerospace applications. PSI has provided tanks for 34 years. Their tanks have traveled the Solar System and beyond onboard spacecrafts such as Mariner, Pioneer, Voyager, Viking, Magellan, and Mars Pathfinder. PSI has delivered over 4,000 tanks, with a perfect record of zero failure and has expanded heat pipe honeycomb panels, antenna supports, and solar array substrates. PSI is the only supplier of all-welded AF-E-322 elastomeric diaphragm tanks. PSI’s proprietary processes and procedures including rubber making, rubber molding and incorporating the diaphragm into a welded titanium tank-have never been duplicated.
