Designed to offer all the functions required of sink roll seals, this product has been made possible by Eagle Industry’s expertise in the characteristics of sink rolls. The seal takes full advantage of the rubber’s characteristics. The diaphragm made from rubber absorbs up to several millimeters of eccentricity and shaft elongation/displacement.
The silicon carbide sliding material, employed ahead of our competitors, helps extend the service life of the mechanical seal and significantly reduces the need for maintenance. Various sliding materials can be selected for different purposes.

・A stationary outside seal employing a rubber diaphragm. Achieves superb followability and corrosion resistance

・Eccentricity and shaft elongation/displacement absorbed by the universal rubber diaphragm

・CSM used as the standard rubber material (characterized by superb corrosion resistance)
