1964 Oct. Nihon Sealol Co., Ltd. (presently, Eagle Industry Co., Ltd.) is established.
1965 Apr. The Saitama Factory begins operation.
1969 May. Executes a technical cooperation contract encompassing valves for power plants with U.S.-based Atwood & Morrill Co., Inc.(presently,Weir Valves& Controls USA INC.)
1971 Apr. The Okayama Factory begins operation.
1971 Dec. Executes a technical cooperation contract on diaphragm coupling with U.S.-based Bendix Inc. (presently,Goodrich Corporation).
1978 Jun. The company name changes to Eagle Industry Co., Ltd.
1978 Oct. Opens the Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Hiroshima Offices (currently, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Hiroshima Branches).
1979 Jun. Establishes Eagle Industry Taiwan Corporation.
1979 Oct. Opens the Kobe Office (presently, Kobe Branch).
1982 Jan. Lists the Company’s shares on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
1985 Apr. Establishes Ukan Precision Co., Ltd. (presently, Okayama Eagle Co., Ltd.).
1987 Oct. Establishes P.T. Eagle Industry Indonesia.
1987 Dec. Establishes NOK Eagle Korea Co., Ltd. (presently, NEK Co., Ltd.) to manufacture and sell mechanical seals in a joint venture with NOK Corporation and Korea-based Zuishin Tsusho Corporation.
1988 Apr. Establishes EG&G Aerospace Co., Ltd. (presently, Eagle Engineering Aerospace Co., Ltd.) to make metal gaskets, seals and other products for the aviation and space industries in joint venture with U.S.-based EG&G Inc.
1988 Sept. Establishes Eagle Industry Australia Pty. Ltd. (presently, EagleBurgmann Australasia Pty. Ltd.)
1989 Mar. Establishes Eagle Machine Works Co., Ltd. to manufacture mechanical seals and other products.
1990 Jan. Opens the Mito Office (presently, the Mito Branch).
1990 Nov. Establishes Shimane Eagle Co., Ltd. to manufacture mechanical seals and other products.
1991 Aug. Invests in Germany-based Simrax GmbH.
1991 Sept. Lists the Company’s shares on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
1993 Dec. Establishes Eagle Techno East Japan Co., Ltd.
1994 Dec. Establishes Eagle Techno West Japan Co., Ltd.
1995 Apr. Establishes Eagle Techno Keihin Co., Ltd.

1998 Apr. Merges Eagle Machine Works Co., Ltd. and Eagle Precision Co., Ltd. into Niigata Eagle Co., Ltd. (presently, EagleBurgmann Japan Co., Ltd.)
1998 Jun. Establishes Eagle-Witzenmann S.A.S (presently, Eagle Industry France S.A.S.) to manufacture and sell control valves and other products.
1999 Apr. Establishes Eagle Techno Sendai Co., Ltd.
Establishes Eagle Techno Himeji Co., Ltd.
2000 Apr. Executes a contract for exclusive distribution in Japan and Taiwan with U.K.-based CPI Limited and commences the sale of CPI’s seal products.
2000 Jun. Commences electronic commerce on Kalrez O-rings.
2001 Apr. Establishes Eagle Techno Kyushu Co., Ltd.
2002 Apr. Releases the Global Cartridge Seal, a cartridge-type mechanical seal that can be mounted on pumps that meet the global standard and magnet fluid seals for the semiconductor and liquid crystal industries.
2002 Aug. Acquires the ISO 14001 certification for the Headquarters and the Saitama Factory.
2002 Sept. Establishes Eagle Industry (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. in China to manufacture and sell mechanical seals and reed valves.
2002 Oct. Releases the EA200 series with world-class pressure resistance properties among general-purpose seals.
Commences electronic commerce involving the industry’s first Global Cartridge Seals.
2003 Apr. Nine Eagle Techno companies merge into Eagle Techno Co., Ltd.
2003 Jun. Acquires shares in Lignum-Vitae Co., Ltd. to enhance and strengthen the marine-related products segment and reorganizes it into a wholly owned subsidiary.
2004 Jan. Acquires 65% of the shares of Kobelco Marine Engineering Co., Ltd.
2004 Apr. Kobelco Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. changes its name to Kobelco Eagle Marine Engineering Co., Ltd.
2004 Oct. Eagle Techno Co., Ltd. changes its name to EagleBurgmann Techno Co., Ltd.
2005 Jan. Commences sale of products from Germany-based Burgmann in Japan.
2005 Jun. Establishes the Aerospace division to shift the aerospace business from Eagle Engineering Aerospace Co., Ltd. to this division.
2005 Oct. Executes a business alliance agreement with Germany-based Burgmann (presently, Eagle Burgmann) for business targeting the general industrial machinery industry.
2007 Nov. EagleBurgmann Japan Co., Ltd. absorbs EagleBurgmann Techno Co., Ltd.
2009 Mar. Merges Eagle Seals Systems India Ltd. with Burgmann India Pvt. Ltd. and reorganizes them into EagleBurgmann India Pvt. Ltd.
2009 Sept. Integrates the Tokyo Branch with the Yokohama Branch.
2009 Oct. Establishes Hiroshima Eagle Co., Ltd.
2010 May. Reorganizes Kobelco Eagle Marine Engineering into a wholly owned company and changes its company name to KEMEL Co., Ltd.
2010 July. Establishes EKK Semicon Components Inc. in U.S.A.
2012 Apr. Eagle Industry Co., Ltd. absorbs KEMEL Co., Ltd.
2012 Oct. Accepts the businesses of the Accumulator & Housing equipment of NOK Corp.
Establishes EKK Eagle Industry Mexico S.A. de C.V.
2013 Oct. Eagle Industry Co., Ltd. absorbs Lignam-Vitae Co., Ltd.
NEOPT Corp. acquired and as a result NEOPT Company established as an internal company to manufacture and sell opto-electronic products.
2014 Aug. Open R&D Center at the Saitama Plant
2015 Jul. Acquires French subsidiary ABC Technology (presently, Eagle ABC Technology S.A.S.)
2016 Jan. Establishes KEMEL Sales & Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in China
2017 Dec. Establishes Eagle Sealing R&D (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. in China to strengthen product development for next-generation automobile
2022 Apr. Moved to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market
